BuyDIYGifts is operated by YUZAWA TRADE LIMITED, which is responsible for operating the store, processing customer orders, providing customer support, and fulfilling applicable obligations relating to purchases made through the website.
SHOPLINE provides the e-commerce platform and technical infrastructure used to operate the online store. Unless expressly stated otherwise, SHOPLINE is not the seller or contracting party for products purchased through BuyDIYGifts.

6. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order, provided that:

The order has not progressed to a stage where cancellation is no longer possible.
Our standard order processing time is 1–3 business days.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.

A cancellation request is not automatically approved. We will check the current status of the order and confirm whether cancellation is possible.
7. Order Processing
Our standard order processing time is approximately 1–3 business days.
Processing may include order verification, payment confirmation, product preparation, personalization or customization where applicable, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing may take longer.
8. Shipping and Delivery
After processing and shipment, the estimated shipping transit time is approximately 14–20 business days, excluding weekends and other non-business days.
Accordingly, the total delivery period may generally consist of:
1–3 business days for order processing, plus
14–20 business days for shipping transit.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, remote destinations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns and Refunds
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated on the applicable product page, customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the order.
Customers must contact customer service before sending a product back.
After reviewing the request, our customer service team will provide the applicable return address and return instructions.
Products must not be returned without first contacting customer service and receiving return instructions.
Products returned without prior contact or sent to an unauthorized or incorrect address may be unable to be located, processed, or refunded.

10. Personalized and Customized Products
Personalized or customized products may be made according to information or specifications supplied by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the information they provide before submitting an order.
Because such products may be made specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for return due to a change of mind once production has begun or the product has been completed, subject to applicable law.
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced personalized products will be reviewed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.
11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially non-conforming product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
We may request photographs, videos, order information, or other evidence necessary to investigate the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
12. Customer Content
If you submit photographs, text, designs, names, messages, or other content for a personalized product or other purpose, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide that content.
You must not submit content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
